Meet the Owner
Samantha Power, P.Eng
Samantha founded Power Structural Group to bring reliable, practical structural engineering to Muskoka and the surrounding region.
She holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Memorial University in Newfoundland and has over seven years of industry experience across residential and commercial structural design.
After moving to Muskoka more than six years ago, she has built her practice around the region’s distinctive build environment — waterfront structures, custom cottages, rural builds with real site constraints, and everything in between.
Her specialty is residential structural design, but her experience extends to post-disaster buildings and complex condition assessments.
Samantha is at her best when collaborating directly with designers and contractors, working through challenges in real time and producing solutions that are actually buildable.
